My 1980 Scout was metallic forest green with a floating white top. The white top really stood out contrasted with the darker metallic color and matched up with the white steel wheels. A co-worker shared an image yesterday that reimagined the new Traveler with wood paneled side and a white top that looked impressive.

We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. The bench seat they showed had plaid pattern in the perforations. It was subtle. I didn't notice it in the bucket seats though.
You are correct. Forgot that detail. I will say the plaid perfs were way better in person that the plaid pers in the Bronco heritage. Not sure why-maybe it just looked good because it was a full bench
I would like to see the yellow with the woodgrain option as a retro touch. And how about a chrome ralleye style wheels to finish it off?
Early on yes but seeing it in person with the nubby black tires I’m in for solid black sidewalls
One of the design team members was given an original IH color chip book fan deck from John Glancy the day of the reveal. They were so excited about it that Scott Keith mentioned it during the reveal. That’s a good sign for not so boring color options.
In the studio design, the attached image was on display. It looks like a metallic brown sugar like color, maybe something similar to metor shower that is on the Landcruiser? This looks gray with gold flakes, I bet this would look incredible. Also, if you dive into the vehcicles you'll locate this image...

I wouldn't mind having this color and graphic combo. The selective edition graphic seems to be very popular these days.
