We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.

    Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.

We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

So you received a hat from us that says Murray Transportation but has the orange “S” script on it?
yes it is the correct hat just not the right embroidery on the front, the box also had the stickers in it.

"Thank you for your order! We wanted to let you know that your order (#SM1720-0) was shipped via UPS, UPS SurePost® 1 lb or Greater on 12/10/2024. You can track your package at any time using the link below"

It was ordered on November 4th, I sent an email a week or so ago to see what the delay was, and got a reply that said the hat was out of stock and would be back in stock on December 6th

I hope mine was a one off mistake, hopefully if other people were waiting they didn't get the same hat

This is why asking SM to do all individual options for no extra cost will be problematic 😀. Not Scouts fault and you now have a very unique hat but if a supplier can’t get a hat right imagine large scale productions with 50 different options 🤣.
I’m guessing a new hat is being sent to @UPDon 😀

Are these handled by a drop-shipper? That’s quite an impressive screw-up. 😅

@Jamie@ScoutMotors is there a plan for stickers/window decals like your avatar? Just the white lettering would be cool.
When I ordered merch the first time they sent some stickers along with it. Don’t know if they are still doing that but if you want a sticker order some merch 🤣
I will also say the handful of us that attended the reveal got some cool, unique stickers
