From all of us at Scout Motors, welcome to the Scout Community! We created this community to provide Scout vehicle owners, enthusiasts, and curiosity seekers with a place to engage in discussion, suggestions, stories, and connections. Supportive communities are sometimes hard to find, but we're determined to turn this into one.
Additionally, Scout Motors wants to hear your feedback and speak directly to the rabid community of owners as unique as America. We'll use the Scout Community to deliver news and information on events and launch updates directly to the group. Although the start of production is anticipated in 2026, many new developments and milestones will occur in the interim. We plan to share them with you on this site and look for your feedback and suggestions.
How will the Scout Community be run? Think of it this way: this place is your favorite local hangout. We want you to enjoy the atmosphere, talk to people who share similar interests, request and receive advice, and generally have an enjoyable time. The Scout Community should be a highlight of your day. We want you to tell stories, share photos, spread your knowledge, and tell us how Scout can deliver great products and experiences. Along the way, Scout Motors will share our journey to production with you.

I like the copper but my first car, my Z28 and my first BMW were both a copper color. I have had green and that red/purple in BMWs. And I have had black and white cars. Never blue or yellow. I want something totally different than what I have had in the past.Funny. My choices were the prototype Tahitian/copper, the butter yellow and the aqua marine blue
I keep thinking a good metallic gray (maybe warmer gray for a change) would look really good but I’ve said-I’ve had so many grays (currently gray with a touch of cool blue) I just need a change of pace but met gray with dark Ralleye strips and black roof would look really good
The more I see it I am really liking the color on the Terra prototype. Is that Blue/Gray?
Yes. I’d say it’s about 65-70% blue mixed with charcoal and done with a luster finish. It reads blue but very balanced with the gray. As luster looks go it’s probably one of the best shades I’ve seen on a vehicle
I really like blue/grey I would like to see it will a gloss finish
The blue really seems to pop in bright lighting. A very balanced look for sure.

Ha! Similar. Aquamarine blue and both yellows. My preference is yellow. Come on yellow!!
Yellow is a great car color. There’s a new option for the Prius that my mom is looking at called “Karachi,” or the Japanese word for mustard. It’s neat! Our Scout was originally yellow and white, so I’m partial to yellow as an option.
