Me tooI love this picture and that roof rack with integrated lights is gonna kill my budget. I literally said to myself today that I’m officially obsessed with the traveler and can’t wait for the opportunity to drive it and own it.

@Jamie@ScoutMotors if you need somebody to do some vehicle testing in Montana for Scout, I know a guy. Just saying…
LOL. No problem. We will keep it in mind.@Jamie@ScoutMotors if you need somebody to do some vehicle testing in Montana for Scout, I know a guy. Just saying…
@Jamie@ScoutMotors -Is that warm colored LEDs I see on the front. I like it better than the cool blue lights on the Reveal event photos.
So freakin’ BAD ASS. Loving the warm lighting
One more reason I LOVE the headlight design-NO ONE should confuse it for a Bronco! Silhouette may be a touch (tiny bit) off-roady-Bronco like but the lighting completely distinguishes it on the road.
yeah the more options I see, the closer I start eyeballing those older relatives...I’m budgeting $75K and fear that may not be enough. I’m not hard core off road and don’t need hard core towing features but damn the prototype is so good looking as is and the look matters
First impressions……
$70-$100 is what I’m expectingI could really care less about price as long as its not starting at 70-100k. Ipl be specing mine up from the starting 50k to 60k.
If it’s gonna be that much then this isn’t a true Scout, they are meant to be a family vehicle and working truck, not a show car(unless for special purposes) or pavement princess. I’m staying hopeful for that 50k starting price.$70-$100 is what I’m expecting
I drive past the factory on Friday. The pictures and videos do not do justice to how immense the site actually is. Absolutely enormous!December Factory Update:

I think you are gonna see sticker shock. At reveal the (presumably base) models will start just under $60K. The $50K number is based on incentives (ie-tax credits) and I’m pretty sure the next year will see that disappear based on current government changes. That said, I hope you are right. My guess is the CES traveler pics are in the mid-upper $70’s. Without the satelliteI could really care less about price as long as its not starting at 70-100k. Ipl be specing mine up from the starting 50k to 60k.
The lights in roof rack is really nice tough. Take a loot at other overlanding needs/wants from Wranglers, Broncos 4 runners etc. and make them better on Scout. Also don't try to have 1 Scout for all, build a range to cover students to extreme overlanders. (i.e. people with no $$$ to people with lots) Most buyers will be in middle, but some of that end game options will pull people to Scout that will never buy those options. For the first time in my life I have now referred to an EV as “Bad Ass!”

Agree - many/most racks add a lot of noise without a front fairingAbsolutely love the roof rack with integrated lighting as well, just hope it doesn’t whistle.
No, unfortunately at was sleeting and I had to keep my eyes on the road as much as possible. Taking pics would’ve been dangerous!!!Can you shoot me some pics @LastDayScout
So from the Holiday video that Scout sent out to reservation holders, Scott stated that they are currently testing prototypes in Michigan. Nobody has caught them yet though. Hope we will see them soon. Will we see the Scouts at the construction site? It would be so cool to see them in front on the site with the factory behind them.
Let the Terra and Traveler see where they will be made.
My guess is that they look like how the concepts do and people aren’t paying attention to them, because they blend into the world. So from the Holiday video that Scout sent out to reservation holders, Scott stated that they are currently testing prototypes in Michigan.
