I’d like to see a long-wheelbase SUV model with three rows available in addition to a two-row off-road beast. I’m hoping for fording capability in the cars to be able to handle flood waters in my area (Houston).

are you looking for a "full time" 3rd row seat or a "pop up 3rd row" I think a pop-up 3rd row can work within the likely wheel base (look at the R1S). However A full time 3rd row might require a much bigger wheel base.

I’m thinking a total car length similar to that of the Land Rover Defender 130 at about 210” for the long wheelbase. I think there would be a market for two Scout SUV’s with two wheelbase lengths.
I agree a “pop-up third row” would likely be the only option based on the current renders.
