The east river chapter is the flagship of the SD scout and truck club. Formed in 2017 the east river chapter has held an annual gathering every summer in July. 2023s gathering was the largest to date with over 40 plus trucks attending. The east river chapter covers everywhere from the Missouri river east to the Minnesota border.
The West River chapter was created late in 2023 with our first gathering to be held sometime in 2024. This chapter is mainly going to be held in the beautiful black hills reign. This chapter will be holding smaller meets and cruises along with the main club gathering date TBD. Bear with us as we are just starting this chapter. This chapter will be for all those from the Missouri river west to the Wyoming border.

Other information you may need.
- South Dakota weather is very unpredictable as many of you know. With that being said please watch our website or Facebook leading up to the date. If weather is a problem, we will reschedule the gathering.
- We want anything IH related from scout all the way up to big trucks.
- Welcome to bring and sell IH parts or collectibles as long as its IH scout or truck related.
- We do not have requirements on condition or anything like that, show truck or rust buckets are welcome.
- Lots of trailer parking available for the east river gathering
- Do not have to be from south Dakota to attend the gatherings.
- Reminder this is a family friendly club, so we ask to be respectful at our gatherings and events.
