Great job but leave out the “righting of wrongs” and “lead with respect” language. You’ll loose folks here if that sentiment grows.
Sounds like we agree.I don't think I have ever heard a single complaint about leading with respect. If Scout loses a few people over that messaging, I would guess that they probably would't worry too much about those people not representing their brand.
Ironically it actually works in the opposite manner. When brands embrace their short comings and address them head on, it actually builds respect. There are many, many examples.Love the energy and swell of emotion this teaser provides. Great job but leave out the “righting of wrongs” and “lead with respect” language. I agree, If Bill Clinton would have immediately admitted his short comings and admitted his wrong doing I think America would have been more forgiving. I think this is true in all aspects of society, including businesses.Ironically it actually works in the opposite manner. Jerry Springer was a city official in Cincinnati back in the early 70's. He got caught writing checks for call girls in Northern Kentucky. Came forward with family in his arms. Was elected to a higher position in Cincinnati then on the fame with his TV show.I agree, If Bill Clinton would have immediately admitted his short comings and admitted his wrong doing I think America would have been more forgiving. We can only hope!
