I’m so glad Scout has decided to go this direction. Literally removing an unnecessary, stressful and expensive problem out of the way. And the dealerships…they can build a bridge and get over it. Especially VW…who for some reason felt that they are entitled to sell Scout products.

I'm all for this.. If this vehicle went to VW dealers we would be seeing the same absurd ADM prices that other people are having to deal with. I do NOT want to deal with a shady dealer on these.

We pushed but the big hurdle was working around the legalities. Kudos to their corporate lawyers

Alabama here so our state laws do not allow direct consumer sales... I am close enough to Atlanta and Nashville for this to not matter as I am willing to scoop up my Scout out of state (along with a good bourbon run).

The dealer groups in NC have a LOT of lobbying power with the state, and they're the reason we can't have nice things...
